Eurotron Instruments UK Ltd. (EIUK) and Confined Space Entry Tools GmbH (CSE-TOOLS).

These acquisitions reflect Safe Monitoring Group’s ongoing commitment to expanding its capabilities and affirm its role as a top-tier industry group supporting the gas detection and analysis industry as it transitions to renewable energy.

EIUK, established in 2005 in Daventry, UK, has built a reputation as a premier supplier and service provider of Flue Gas and Emissions Analyzers, Gas Analyzers, and pressure and temperature calibrators. Known for precision and reliability, EIUK’s products set industry standards in environmental monitoring and safety compliance across various sectors.

CSE-TOOLS, founded in 2011 in Nordhorn, Germany, brings deep expertise in gas sensors, gas warning, and analysis devices. With services spanning planning, consulting, training, and efficient rental and leasing options, CSE-TOOLS empowers businesses to enhance their gas detection and monitoring systems, delivering both safety and cost-effective solutions across diverse applications.

By joining Safe Monitoring Group, EIUK and CSE-TOOLS will integrate their resources and collaborate with other group companies in areas like Sales, Marketing, and Service.

Current customers of EIUK, CSE-TOOLS, and other Safe Monitoring Group companies will benefit from an expanded product and service portfolio, addressing both existing and emerging needs across new applications.

Safe Monitoring Group completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares in EIUK and CSE-TOOLS, finalizing the deals on October 31 and November 13, 2024, respectively. The previous owners have re-invested part of the proceeds and are now shareholders in Safe Monitoring Group, continuing to work within the organization.
