Schick Gaswarnanlagen, with over 30 years of experience, specializes in the sales and service of gas detection systems. Its solutions protect thousands of facilities worldwide – including underground car parks, factories, wineries, agricultural and food production sites, water treatment plants, and laboratories – from hazardous gas leaks.
As part of Safe Monitoring Group, Schick will collaborate closely with other group companies in key operational areas such as Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Service. This integration will enhance the offering to existing customers of both Schick and the wider Safe Monitoring Group, providing a broader portfolio of products and services for both existing and new applications.

Safe Monitoring Group acquired 100% of the shares in Schick. The transaction closed in August 2025. As part of the deal, the seller have reinvested a portion of the proceeds and are now shareholders in Safe Monitoring Group and will remain actively involved in the ongoing development of the business.
