Safe Monitoring Group AB, (”Safe Monitoring Group”), an industry group of gas detector manufacturers, closed the acquisition of Advanced Gas Systems Ltd. (“AGSL”). Safe Monitoring Group will together with AGSL continue the expansion of their work to protect people, equipment and the environment from hazardous gas leaks.
Established in 2015, Advanced Gas Systems Ltd is an Irish company specializing in gas safety and fire suppression solutions. Offers design, supply, installation, and maintenance of gas detection, gas proving, and fire suppression systems. Serves commercial and industrial clients across Ireland, with a focus on tailored safety solutions.
Being a part of Safe Monitoring Group, AGSL will together with the other companies in the group collaborate in areas such as; R&D, Marketing, Procurement, Sales and Service. This will take notice for current customers of AGSL and other companies of Safe Monitoring Group, who will have a wider range of products and services to support their needs in current and new applications.

Safe Monitoring Group has acquired 100% of the shares in AGSL, the process was completed on the 23rd of October 2025. The Seller of AGSL have re-invested and is now also shareholders in the Safe Monitoring Group and will continue working in the group.
